The apartment itself is one of the few ground floor properties that enjoys direct access to the swimming pool area, so is ideal for families with children and is very secure as it does not have direct access to the street. The doors to the pool area are locked at night so residents cannot enter after this time and it is very peaceful. The swimming pool area is kept immaculately clean and there is a lifeguard during the Summer months to keep you at ease. Many people who stay here often return year after year and have become friends with this wonderful community.
Apartment Overview
The apartment benefits from 2 double bedrooms, a family bathroom, an en-suite shower room, a kitchen and large open plan living / dining area. The newly renovated open-plan kitchen has modern appliances including an electric hob, oven and fridge freezer.
The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 6 people. There are 4 single beds that can be joined to make up two larger beds if preferred. There are also two foldable put me up beds which are more suitable for teenagers or younger children. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the second bedroom has patio doors with direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool area. The extremely spacious master bedroom has its own modern shower room, vanity sink and WC and the main bathroom has a bath, WC, vanity sink and washing machine.
There is full fibre wifi and an excellent choice of international and national tv channels. The apartment has air-conditioning/heating units in each room which are powered separately from the main electricity. You will need €1 coins to operate, however, it is not expensive and is charged at a reasonable price.
There is a communal parking area only accesible with a fob so please ask if you have a car and will require this. However, please bear in mind that the spaces often fill up especially during the Summer months and they are subject to availability.
Fuengirola, Spain
Located just to the East of the popular coastal resort town of Fuengirola you will find the beautiful area of Los Boliches.
With its white sandy beaches and miles of beautiful accessible promenade this quieter resort feels much more Spanish. It is extremely easy to get to and from Los Boliches train station you can go directly to Malaga Airport or Malaga city centre. There are also many bus routes taking you to East towards Malaga or West in the direction of Marbella.
Throughout the year you will notice the gentle hustle and bustle of daily Andalusian life. In the mornings and evenings the back streets are full of locals wondering around the many independent shops. Just a 10 minute walk from the apartment you will find an authentic Spanish indoor food market selling fish caught that day, meat and an abundance of colourful fresh fruit and vegetables.
